Qualifications:
In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Experience required:
To qualify based on your work experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized Experience required:
To qualify, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade/level (NH-02). Specialized experience is defined as:
experience leading and providing technical advice and assistance to a group of professional employees responsible for monitoring complex manufacturing processes and procedures. Apply delivery management principles and techniques in order to plan, direct, and conduct analysis and investigations of schedule trends or conditions affecting contracts and delegation. Obtain compliance with contract quality and schedule requirements by negotiation and persuasion of internal and external customers. Develop, evaluate and implement continuous process improvement techniques. Education cannot be substituted for experience. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
