The company is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to execute talent acquisition strategies to recruit, screen, interview and place top talent on its various technology projects. Individual will apply advanced theoretical knowledge of business administration and human resources principles and concepts, as well as knowledge of the technology industry requirements and capabilities, to perform the following duties:
Participate in branding the company as a premium employer of choice in the marketplace. Develop plans to attract required skill sets that will ensure top talent is available to support companys objectives. Research and analyze current industry practices on hiring trends in the Technology industry. Act as a talent consultant to shape the future recruiting capability of the company. Support hiring managers in identifying interview evaluation criteria and competencies, and establish a consistent and valid candidate assessment process. Provide information on job opportunities to potential candidates and guidance to eventual applicants. Interview candidates to confirm work history, education, training, job skills and salary. Assist with facilitating offer process, reference checks, background checks, and salary recommendations. Research and provide recommendations to senior management for best hiring practices. Develop and maintain relationship with professional organizations, universities and network with professionals in the information Technology field. Conduct initial interviews including providing candidates with general information about company and the open positions. Identify necessary job duties, qualifications and skills for job openings. Review and recommend qualified candidates for opening positions.
REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Human Factors or a related field of study and three (3) years of related experience recruiting IT professionals at various levels and technologies based on job orders. In lieu of the stated primary education and experience requirements, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Human Factors or a related field of study and 5 years of post-degree, progressive and related experience recruiting IT professionals at various levels and technologies based on job orders.
Individuals must also have demonstrable knowledge, proficiency and experience recruiting using social media, job sites/boards, the internet and through networking.
Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable. The term suitable, in this context, means substantial compatibility with stated academic level and job experience requirements and ability to perform job duties.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
