Multiple Openings to analyze engineering processing problems to implement and improve computer systems. Define site objectives by analyzing user requirements, envisioning system features and functionality. Design and develop user interfaces to internet/intranet applications by setting expectations and feature priorities throughout development life cycle, determining design methodologies and tool sets. Integrate applications by designing database architecture and server scripting, studying and establishing connectivity with network systems, search engines, and information servers. Complete applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities. Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations. Complete programming using languages and software products such as Java, J2EE using APIs, JavaScript, Web Services and PL/SQL packages. Provide analysis of design, software requirements, software development processes, and Object-Oriented Design (OOD).
Requirements: Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or any related major that provided the skills, knowledge and abilities required plus 3 years of related experience that provided the required skills and abilities. In lieu of stated primary education and experience requirements, employer will accept related Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related progressive post-degree experience that provided the required abilities.
Any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable. The term suitable, in this context, means compatibility with stated job academic and experience requirements and ability to perform job duties.

Job Site: 200 Garden City Plaza, Suite 208, Garden City, NY 11530.
No travel and no telecommuting. Job duties are project-based & performed on long-term assignments at various unanticipated sites within the United States which may require relocation.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
