Duties include:
Scheduling of outpatient and inpatient surgeries for providers Preparing Pre-Surgical Testing Papers for patients Preparation of Consent Forms for Provider/Patient Signature Insurance Prior Authorization for procedures Maintenance of Hospital Log for Daily Hospital Rounds Scanning all Hospital Consults into Electronic Record Enter new patients from Hospital into the Practice Management System Maintenance of Surgical Log for Surgeries performed by providers Scanning all Operative Notes into Electronic Record Run monthly surgical billing reconciliation to ensure capture of all procedures Email Correspondence with Corporate Billing Office Daily submission of all logs to the Corporate Billing Office Obtain radiology reports/precertification/films/discs pertaining to surgical procedures Benefits Comprehensive medical Dental Vision 401K Paid time off Requirements High School Diploma 1 year similar experience preferred Medical Terminology Microsoft Office Suite Experience (Preferred) Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
