EI:
$64-$75/hour full case load potential of approximately $150,000/year
Preschool:
$60/hour full case load potential of approximately $100,000/year
Please note this is an average. Rates are determined by service provided, professional experience, and license/certifications held.

Responsibilities:
Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload
Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations
Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management
Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals
Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs
Create and maintain schedules with assigned individual families/school personnel
Collects data on each IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly
Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews

Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy
Current New York State Occupational Therapy License
Bilingual is a plus

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
