Chery Equipment Group, specializing in the sales and rental of heavy equipment and tools, and Chery Industrial, offering a wide range of industrial products.

The Order Coordinator will be responsible for timely and accurate processing of purchase orders and communicating with the Purchasing Specialist.
We are seeking a candidate with excellent coordination, organizational skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the entirety of order processing and tracking procedures, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to fulfillment Collaborate with the Purchasing, Sales, and Finance departments Coordinate with sales regarding order status, shipping dates, issues, and product availability Proactively follow up on any customer issues (payment, freight status, etc) Record sales-related data, including customer information, transaction prices, and detailed transaction information Create sales reports to assist in formulating effective sales strategies and decisions.
Requirements Bachelor's degree is required, Master's degree is preferred 1 year of experience as an Order Coordinator or similar role Proficiency in ERP, CRM system (Salesforce), Excel, and Google Suite Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Strong interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication; Strong project management and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and with a team Salary:
