You will be the face of our office, greeting and checking in patients, along with other tasks such as answering phones, sending messages, and booking appointments.
Duties will include:
answering phones, scheduling & confirming appointments, making pre and post op phone calls, checking voicemails, obtaining patient demographics and copays, and other miscellaneous office tasks.
Requirements:
High School Diploma Willingness to work well with a team and be flexible with daily tasks and assignments.
2 Professional References Experience in a medical office (preferred) Spanish/ Greek speaking a plus An application will be provided at the interview.
