Chery Equipment Group, specializing in the sales and rental of heavy equipment and tools, and Chery Industrial, offering a wide range of industrial products.
The Office Cleaner is responsible for the daily cleaning and maintenance of the company's facilities.
The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must be able to follow instructions.
This is a part-time position, Monday through Friday, 12-5pm.
Job
Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain all areas of the company's facilities, including offices, break rooms, restrooms, and common areas.
Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and clean restrooms.
Remove trash and place in designated garbage areas.
Follow cleaning schedules and perform routine maintenance tasks as directed.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in cleaning and maintenance.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to follow instructions.
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication skills Ability to multitask effectively.
Can work under pressure Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis for extended periods of time.
