We are looking for an Accounting Clerk to effectively manage the Accounts Payable and Reconciliation processes; and to enter all information accurately and timely with departments.
Assist Finance Manager with bank transactions and reporting.
Job Description:
Review, record, and pay vendor invoices according to the organization's policies and procedures.
Assist with monthly reconciliations.
Record and reconcile credit card transactions.
Assist the Finance Manager to maintain financial records and close books in a timely manner.
Comply with the organization's policies and procedures regarding payment.
Operate enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to record, store, and analyze data.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field 1
years of experience in as an accounting clerk or related position Proficient in Google suite, Microsoft Office and ERP Strong organizational and analytical skills Ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records Salary:
