We represent both employer and employee clients in litigations, provide advice and counsel to businesses, represent parties at arbitration proceedings and other employment-related matter.
Admission in New York state and federal court is required.
Litigation or employment law experience is preferred.

Depending on your experience, you may be required to:
Handle assigned labor and employment and related cases from inception through trial Manage all aspects of litigation (and pre-litigation disputes), including analysis of disputes, litigation strategy, preparation and review of pleadings, discovery and motions Legal research and writing Provide client reports on pre-litigation and litigation matters Client counseling on various labor and employment issues Work closely with clients to develop and implement strategy on matters
