Chery Equipment Group, specializing in the sales and rental of heavy equipment and tools, and Chery Industrial, offering a wide range of industrial products.
We are in search of a Warehouse Operations Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will assist our Warehouse Operations Supervisor with managing daily warehouse operations including, but not limited to:
data analysis, communication, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
Take charge of coordinating inventory data-related tasks, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Handle order entry and maintain system updates to reflect real-time order status and inventory levels.
Reconcile data reports regularly to maintain accuracy and provide reliable support for decision-making.
Ensure ongoing communication with other departments to verify data accuracy and timelines, facilitating a cohesive operational environment.
Be open to travel and participate in warehouse site visits alongside the Warehouse Operations Supervisor, offering on-the-ground support and collaboration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analysis, or related field preferred.
Knowledge in ERP systems, data analysis tools, and office software (e.
g.
Excel) to manage and report on inventory and operational data.
Ability to manage, organize, and categorize large data sets.
Experience with inventory management and order processing.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a group setting.
Willingness to travel to on-site warehouse locations.
