Key
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients in a warm and professional manner.
- Handle incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries.
- Facilitate smooth office operations, including maintaining a clean and organized space.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and data entry.
- Provide support to our acupuncture practitioners as needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Prior experience in a medical or wellness clinic is a plus but not required.
