- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and managing billing and insurance claims.
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, including taking vital signs, collecting medical history, and explaining treatment procedures.
- Assist with X-rays and other diagnostic procedures.
- Provide patient education on medications, treatments, and preventive measures.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
Skills - Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Competent in taking accurate vital signs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks.
- Knowledge of hospital policies and procedures.
