Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Process payroll and benefits administration, including data entry and updating employee information in HR systems such as Dayforce, Oracle, Workday, iCIMS, Ceridian, and SAP.
- Assist with employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and resolving conflicts.
- Support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives, such as performance management and employee development.
- Provide support in maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including OSHA requirements.
- Assist with HR reporting and data analysis.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping.
- Proficiency in HR systems such as Salesforce, Dayforce, Oracle, Workday, iCIMS, Ceridian, or SAP.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and best practices.
