Job Description Communicate with customers via various channels such as phone, email and live chat Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability Diagnosing and resolving customer problems and technical issues related to the eCommerce platform, payment processing, or website navigation.
Offering step-by-step instructions or escalating complex problems to higher-level support if necessary.
Assisting customers with refund processes, ensuring compliance with company policies Work with warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely fulfillment to meet customer's needs Requirements Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills 1
