- Answer high volume phone calls and be able to triage them to the correct departments.
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying and faxing.
- Sorting and distributing mail.
Requirements:
- Bilingual, Spanish / English speaking.
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite & Google docs.
