We need an additional personal lines customer service representative to service our home and auto clients.
At our agency each CSR is assigned a list of customers this way the customer has their own personal CSR.
We appreciate all of our employees and we know that they are the reason we are successful.
Experience required.
We are looking for someone with:
Prior experience with an insurance agency.
Good customer service skills.
Knowledge of agency management system.
Ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
Quoting new homeowner and automobile insurance policies.
Servicing existing homeowner and automobile clients.
Making changes on homeowner and automobile insurance policies on company websites and on our agency management system (Applied Systems).
Quoting existing customers policies and moving them to a more competitive company if necessary.
We are open Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
